A good runner. Engine starts and runs very well and is not breathing or smoking. The clutch seems good and is not slipping but the PTO clutch does not seem to be working. Linkage is working be the depth control seems quite sensitive. Brakes are working but seem to be sticking on. A good running and driving project...
